The Winnipeg River Learning Centre delivers a variety of programming to the communities located in Eastern Manitoba.
We deliver Red River College programs such as the Five-Month Electrical Program, Office Technician, Human Resource Management, Carpentry, Applied Counseling and more. WRLC Courses and Workshops include Canadian Firearms Safety Training, Standard First Aide – CPR, and a variety of hands-on workshops for hobbyists.
The mission of the Winnipeg River Learning Centre is to increase the human resource capacity and economic base in Eastern Manitoba by providing quality, affordable and accessible learning and trades training opportunities that meet the needs of businesses, organizations and individuals within the region.
